This Privacy Policy explains how Subzero Snow("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or use our snow removal services. We are based in Georgina, Ontario, Canada, and handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Stripe — to process card payments securely
- Google reCAPTCHA— to protect our forms from spam and abuse (subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Email updates and unsubscribing
If you opt in to service updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email, or by contacting us. Service alerts directly related to work on your own property are part of the service you purchased and are not marketing emails.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Card payments are handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access.
